Winter session of classes for babies, toddlers, and kids begins Jan 6!

Space is limited, so register early.
Students may join through the 2nd week of the session at a pro-rated cost.

YogaChai is committed to bringing yoga to children of all ages.  Our weekly classes and workshops provide children and parents an opportunity to build the foundations for a healthy lifestyle.  We strive to create a safe, non-competitive environment where young people have permission to move and explore, connecting to their bodies and spirits.
